Terms and Conditions


Welcome to Easy Breezy Renovations! Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our services. By engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Easy Breezy Renovations offers renovation and remodeling services as outlined in our project proposals and contracts. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at our discretion.

2. Estimates and Payments

  • All estimates are non-binding unless confirmed in writing.
  • A signed contract and deposit are required before work begins.
  • Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept Credit Card. Debt Card, ACH Transfer, Tap to Pay, Zelle, Cashier Check, and Cash.

3. Scheduling and Delays

  • Project timelines are estimates based on current conditions.
  • We will notify you of any delays caused by weather, supply issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

4. Change Orders

  • Any changes requested after work has started may incur additional costs.
  • Changes must be documented in writing and approved by both parties.
  • Additional work outside the original scope will be billed separately.

5. Liability and Warranties

  • We warrant that our workmanship will meet industry standards.
  • Our liability is limited to the total contract price.
  • We are not responsible for damages caused by third-party suppliers, subcontractors, or client neglect.
  • Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits unless we are retained to do so.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients shall provide access to the property and utilities.
  • Clients must disclose known hazards or restrictions relevant to the project.
  • Clients are responsible for securing necessary permits or approvals.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, plans, and materials created by Easy Breezy Renovations remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
  • Clients may use project images for personal purposes but may not reproduce or distribute without our consent.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the contract with written notice.
  • If terminated before completion, clients agree to pay for work performed and any non-recoverable costs.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes will first be addressed through negotiation.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be settled via binding arbitration in Georgia.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

11. Limitations of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid under the contract.

12. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify Easy Breezy Renovations against claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from their breach of these Terms.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters or emergencies.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly.

15. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
  • If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Return and Refund Policy

At Easy Breezy Renovations, we strive to deliver quality renovation services that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with our work, please review our return and refund policies below.

1. Terms of Return

  • Eligibility Period: Customers may request a review or correction within 30 days of project completion.
  • Scope: Returns are applicable only to services that do not meet the agreed-upon scope or quality standards as outlined in the contract.

2. Conditions of Return

  • The service must be incomplete, damaged, or not performed according to the agreed specifications.
  • The request must be made within the eligibility period.
  • The issue must be documented with photos or other evidence if applicable.

  • If partial correction or rework is agreed upon instead of a refund, this will be scheduled accordingly.
